I am Lewis J. Armstrong and I am running for the U.S. Senate seat 2010. I am a native Floridian. For the past 18 years my partner and I, a General Contractor, have been throughout the state of Florida. I’ve engaged in numerous conversation with clients who were victims of previous natural disasters. I’ve worked amongst local grass root organizations in many cities encouraging the citizens to rally for their concerns, from Citizen Review Boards, to Housing, better Jobs and Pay, Small Business growth and loans, even Foreign Policy. Through these enlightened times I have gained the momentum to become a part of the political body by entering the 2010 U.S. Senate race. I do believe I can bring true change to this great state and the nation at large.
I have long believed in working for a positive change in America and the world abroad. My family and I now feels that the time has come for me to enter the elected office of U.S. Senate.
I have always been concerned with legislation that has affected our economy, social structure, and political well bring. I believe in creating workable solutions that will be available that could enhance the qualities of life that surrounds the issues of my campaign. It is important to me when these issues are addressed and a positive change can come about in the area of economics and employment, natural disasters, immigration, education, health care reform, foreign policy, senior citizens and others. These issues will remain at the heart of this campaign.
